Yes — a breakdown jumps the queue. On a working day we'll usually be out within 24 hours to assess it, and we often repair it or swap the unit the same day, as we keep the most common units in stock. One thing we'll be straight about: we don't do Sunday callouts. On a Sunday we'll answer your WhatsApp as soon as possible, but the visit will be first thing Monday.

A standard split-system install for a room up to 25 m² starts from €250, wall-to-wall. The final price depends on the type and power of the unit, the size of the room, the installation conditions, the pipe run and a few other things. For an accurate figure, we'd recommend a quick technician visit.

Yes. We work officially and give you a factura with IVA, along with any paperwork you need.

The equipment is covered by the manufacturer's or supplier's warranty. On the installation itself we give a 3-year warranty, as long as the unit is serviced once a year. And if you buy your equipment through us, you've got one point of contact for anything AC-related — whatever comes up.

We recommend a service once a year — it keeps your AC running efficiently, catches small issues early and keeps your installation warranty valid. There's no membership to sign up for: once we've worked on your system you're in our records, and we'll remind you when a service is due. You simply book it when it suits you and pay for that visit.

We work with every brand officially sold in Spain, through the main dealers. Our recommendations are independent — we'll suggest units from different brands based on what your space needs and your budget, and we'll always explain the reasoning behind it.

Ukrainian, Russian and English — and our Spanish is coming along nicely. We also look after clients from all sorts of countries and backgrounds: get in touch in any language and we'll sort everything out, with a translator if needed.

For simple jobs, a few photos or a short video are plenty. For bigger or more complex installs, we'd recommend a technician visit so the quote is spot on.
